‘न ऐसा पहले हुआ है, न आगे होगा’, ‘रिजीम चेंज’ का नारा लगाने वालों को RSS प्रमुख भागवत का करारा जवाब

राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ (RSS) अपना स्थापना दिवस मना रहा है. दशहरा और स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर RSS प्रमुख मोहन भागवत ने नागपुर में अस्त्र पूजा की. इस दौरान उन्होंने बड़ा संदेश दिया. भागवत ने कहा, 

‘हम विभाजित होकर कमजोर हुए, अब आजादी के समय से ज्यादा तप करने की जरूरत करने की जरूरत है. अनेकता का सम्मान करें. समय के साथ बदलना जरूरी है.’

पूर्व उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ हुए शामिल

संघ में दशहरे के मौके पर शस्त्र पूजा की परंपरा रही है और फिर RSS का स्थापना दिवस भी इस बार दशहरे के मौके पर ही है. ऐसे में संघ के लिए ये मौका ज्यादा खास है. कार्यक्रम में पूर्व उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ और उनकी पत्नी डॉ. सुदेश धनखड़ भी पहुंचीं. 

‘रिजीम चेंज’ वालों को करारा जवाब 

Nagpur, Maharashtra: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat says, "A storm has blown in from the West that opposes every form of order, propriety, auspiciousness, culture, and human values, seeking to destroy, corrupt, and ruin them. Even developed nations are affected by it. Just look at the news reports from recent days, what is happening in France, Albania, Bangladesh, and Nepal... Our society is vast, and our country is still developing, so challenges persist... Whether it is protesting groups, authorities enforcing law and order, or political leaders, no actions should create conflict, hatred, bitterness, or division within our united society. No matter how strong emotions run, our actions must stay within the boundaries of the Constitution, the law, and civil decorum..." (Source: RSS/YouTube)

संबोधन में भागवत ने देश में रिजीम चेंज यानी सत्ता परिवर्तन का नैरेटिव फैलाने वालों को करारा जवाब दिया. उन्होंने कहा, 

‘पश्चिम से आंधी चली है, जो हर तरह के संस्कृति से विरोध रखती है, उसे नष्ट करना चाहती है. फ्रांस में क्या हो रहा है, नेपाल में बांग्लादेश में क्या हुआ. वो कहते हैं कि रिजीम चेंज (सरकार बदलने) करने से हालात बदलेंगे, लेकिन न ऐसा पहले हुआ है, न आगे होगा.’

उन्होंने दावा किया कि भारत में भी ऐसी कोशिश हो रही हैं, लेकिन पिछले सालों से जिस नीति से भारत चला, उसने पक्के नेतृत्व ने इसे चलाया. नई पीढ़ी के कारण भारत का जो पुरुषार्थ बना, आसुरी ताकत का खेल बंद हो गया, इसलिए भारत इनका लक्ष्य है.

मोहन भागवत ने नई पीढ़ी को लेकर चिंता जताई. उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न माध्यमों से प्राप्त जानकारी बिना उचित-अनुचित का विवेक किए नई पीढ़ी ग्रहण करती है. उसके दुष्परिणामों का अनुभव होने के बाद विभिन्न देशों ने कुछ अनुशासन और प्रतिबंध लागू किए हैं. हमारे अपने देश में भी इस प्रकार की आवश्यकता, विशेष तौर पर 'ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म' को लेकर, समाज में अनुभव की जा रही है. शासन-प्रशासन को इसका विचार करना चाहिए.

उन्होंने कहा कि विवेक के अभाव में ही विश्वभर में नई पीढ़ी नशीली दवाओं की आदत की शिकार हो रही है. नशा एक गंभीर राष्ट्रीय समस्या है और उसके परिहार के लिए समय रहते शासन-प्रशासन और समाज को प्रयास शुरू करने चाहिए. समाज की वर्तमान अभिभावक पीढ़ी को यह विवेक नई पीढ़ी को देना पड़ेगा. 

कई लोग झगड़ा चाहते हैं- RSS

संघ प्रमुख ने कहा कि संघर्ष के कारण मन में घाव पड़े हैं। गांठें भी पड़े हैं. ये गांठें सुलझ जाए, नई गांठें न पड़े, ऐसा हमारा व्यवहार होना चाहिए. छोटी छोटी बातों पर उकसाने वाले ताक लगाकर बैठे हैं. कई लोग झगड़ा लगाना चाहते हैं. संघ पर भी उछालते हैं, जिनका संघ से कोई लेना देना है, फिर भी संघ पर सवाल उठाते हैं. संघ सबसे प्रति प्रेम रखता है, संघ स्वयं के लिए कुछ नहीं चाहता, न लोकप्रियता, न प्रतिष्ठा. समाज का जिससे भला हो, हम वो करते हैं.

उन्होंने नेपाल का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि नेपाल में जिस भयंकर त्रासदी को झेलना पड़ा, हजारों मनुष्यों की जान चली गई, उसके मूल में कहीं न कहीं संपूर्ण हिमालय क्षेत्र में, जो भारत, तिब्बत, भूटान, चीन जैसे अनेक देशों से गुजरता है, में चले एकांगी विकास का परिणाम है. ऐसे में विकास की समग्र और संतुलित दृष्टि का निर्माण होना आवश्यक है.
